Influencing Stakeholder Relationships with Conversational Intelligence®
One of the pillars of effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) is to build a Stakeholder and Sponsor Coalition that is founded on trust, commitment, and continuous engagement.
This session will reinforce the business case for effective stakeholder management and also introduce OCM professionals to the neuroscience of Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) along with its impact on building trusted relationships.
Learn about how C-IQ can become a catalyst for leading OCM initiatives and for positively influencing conversations — among your Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Project Teams in a different way. By applying a C-IQ mindset and listening to connect, you will build awareness about how you can influence conversations and strengthen your relationships at all levels.
Speaker: Patricia Saint, Change Leader, a Corporate Trainer and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Roche Diagnostics
Presently, Patricia Saint is a Change Leader, a Corporate Trainer and a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global IT PMO at Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her overall corporate experience spans 27-years with Fortune 500 companies – leading people, managing assets, and initiating change management and process improvement initiatives – primarily in healthcare, defense, and aviation-regulated industries, as well as on cross-functional global teams.
Pat also led a dual career in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and retired with the rank of Colonel as the Deputy Director, Marine Corps University (MCU), History Division in Quantico, Virginia. At Roche, Pat is the Chair of Veteran Talent Development – a Diversity and Inclusion strategic initiative and mentors transitioning Veterans.
Additionally, Pat is: a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business; a Certified Coach in Conversational Intelligence®; a Certified Master Coach; and a Certified Prosci™ Change Management Practitioner.
