Colleen is on a mission to engage organizational leadership in effectively managing the people-side of major business transformation.  As the National Organizational Change Management Practice Leader for Centric Consulting, Colleen and her team have developed project, program, enterprise and global-level organizational effectiveness solutions for Fortune 500 and mid-size companies in the advertising, automotive, consumer goods, insurance, legal, technology and services industries.  Her passion is building leadership awareness; developing strategic, creative yet practical change solutions; raising departmental effectiveness; and driving results.  She has a M.B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University, B.A. in Finance and time well spent at the Second City improvisation school.  Colleen has presented at various conferences and workshops speaking on change management, leadership and team development, business transformation, marketing and much more.
