Director of Membership
Aileen is enthusiastic about helping deliver organizational results and her talents are focused around people – particularly, in relating, influencing, coaching and leading others. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and is known for driving organizational effectiveness and helping others achieve personal and professional growth.
Through her work, she improves organizational change capabilities. Aileen believes that organizations can improve their ability to execute if they treat change management as a critical skillset for all leaders, managers and colleagues.
Recognized as an expert in change leadership, she helps leaders bring their vision to life by translating vision into an executable strategic plan. Through the years Aileen has worked with clients in various industries including energy, banking, telecommunications and healthcare. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, culture change, skill assessment, process improvement, implementation and integration.
She has been involved with ACMP for two years, having served on the conference committee for the 2018 ACMP Global conference. As the Director of Membership for ACMP Midwest, she is excited to listen and learn from chapter members to recruit, retain and engage our community of change management professionals.
Aileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
