Jeff has over 20 years of management consulting experience leading organizational and operational change projects for county, state, and federal government clients. Jeff possesses excellent analytical and communication skills and is able to align business strategy, program management, system planning, process development, and organizational change methodologies to help clients reach their organization and program goals. Jeff is dedicated to helping public entities succeed through strategic projects to build change capacity and efficiency through collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization.
Jeff obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Manchester University. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
