Mariam Huss
Director of Membership

Mariam Huss is the founder and managing director of Axxum Consulting, a management consulting firm providing services in change management, organization design, and program management. She has 20 years of experience in professional services and has held roles at IBM, EY and KPMG. Being actively involved with several organizations in Chicago, Mariam has served on the boards of the French American Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Global Education Project, and the Organization Development Network of Chicago. She's eager to serve as Director of Membership of the Association of Change Management Professionals to bring the Change Management community together.

Mariam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from IPAG Paris and an MBA from Université Laval in Canada. She was born and raised in France and is fluent in French, English, and Puular (a Senegalese dialect), and has traveled to more than 20 countries.
