After working with startups and building an entrepreneurial spirit, Sarah takes her passion for growth through ambiguity as a catalyst for change management. Understanding the customer experience has allowed her to see the employee experience and its connection to improving organizational performance, especially in communication and digital transformation projects. She is a Senior Associate in Change Management, Transformation Delivery Advisory with KPMG US in Chicago, IL.
Having been involved with ACMP for the past two years, Sarah served on the Marketing and Communications Committee after joining the 2019 ACMP MCC Conference MarCom Committee. Now, as the Director of Marketing and Communications for ACMP Midwest, she is excited to align the vision, mission and values of the chapter with the outreach needs of our growing community of professionals.
Sarah holds a Bachelors in Critical Media & Cultural Studies from Rollins College and is pursuing her Masters in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
