After working with startups and building an entrepreneurial spirit, Sarah takes her passion for growth through ambiguity as a catalyst for change management. Understanding the customer experience has allowed her to see the employee experience and its connection to improving organizational performance, especially in communication and digital transformation projects.
Having been involved with ACMP for the past year, Sarah served on the Marketing and Communications Committee after joining the MarCom Committee for the 2019 ACMP Midwest Change Conference. As the Director of Marketing and Communications for ACMP Midwest, she is excited to align the vision, mission and values of the chapter with the outreach needs of our growing community of professionals.
Sarah holds a Bachelors in Critical Media & Cultural Studies from Rollins College and is pursuing her Masters in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
