The Powerful Impact of Coaching in Transformational Environments

Transformational environments are becoming more common as workplaces are adapting to social, technological, and economic pressures at a quicker pace.  As change practitioners and transformational leaders, we know success hinges on our ability to lead our people through change effectively.  Coaching skills play a critical role in your ability to unlock human potential so employees can accept and move through transformations successfully.

Learning objectives

At the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

  1. Understand the difference between coaching and consulting
  2. Identify situations where coaching can be a powerful tool
  3. Learn and practice basic coaching tactics and approaches that will unlock human potential to accept and move through change experiences

Change management partners who work directly with leadership as well as organizational leaders who lead and/or experience transformational efforts.
