Kate is a Client Engagement Director at The CARA Group and has been a senior organizational change management professional for 11 years.  Kate’s areas of expertise include: strategic and tactical change management (stakeholder identification and analysis, organizational readiness, change impact assessment, communication planning and execution, change strategy, resistance management, change measurement and adoption), program management, process improvement, process design, training development, training logistics, coaching, budget management, financial operations, and supply chain.

Her industry experience includes Retail, Rail, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Industrial, Resources, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing.

Kate has a bachelor’s degree, Management and Human Resources, Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Change Management Professional ™ (CCMP™).
