Leverage Change Book Companion Program with Jake Jacobs

Enjoyed hearing Jake Jacobs at our Annual MCC Conference in September?  Well he's back and you can learn more about his book Leverage Change - it introduced a new paradigm – a path to faster, easier, better results for anyone, in any organization, making any change. This Companion Program picks up where the book leaves off, going deeper into the 8 change levers and how to implement them in a situation of your choosing.

Jake will take you on a journey into the world of Leverage Change through self-paced do-it-yourself videos and worksheets that enable you to advance your particular change agenda. You’ll receive access to all modules for completion within a two-week time period.  And as an added bonus—You’ll be invited to a live discussion with Jake himself!

You’ll complete the program with a better understanding of the levers and an action you’re motivated to take and confident will make a difference in change work you are now doing.  And because it’s a leveraged action, it will pay big dividends for you now and into the future.

This is a paid course through Jace Jacobs Consulting.  ACMP Midwest members pay $147 which is 25% off the advertised rate of $197.

  • On June 1, you will get access to the program to complete prior to meeting with Jake
  • Jake will conduct a live session on Thursday, June 16th at 2PM CT for participants to answer their questions and provide exclusive insights
