In this presentation, we’ll help you take  your readiness and associated resistance management strategy to the next level.

Learning Objectives:

In this session participants will learn how to:

  1.  Assess readiness for Digital Transformations
  2. Capture the voice of the employee through a holistic, science-based approach to the Organizational Readiness Assessment
  3. Use the results of your assessment to create a strategy to engage your workforce and buildi the environment needed to embrace change

Presenter Bios:

Dawn Davis, Ph.D., RCC, PHR


With over 20 years of experience in the world of Human Resources and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Dr. Davis is published thought leader and champion for change in the workplace.  With a passion for incorporating behavioral measurement and assessment analytics into the operational fabric of organizations, Dawn’s primary goal is to help leaders understand the power of the heart and mind, and it’s link to organizational performance.  In her spare time, Dr. Davis works to empower and coach recent college graduates, and playing with her two cats Onyx and Diamond.


Jono Bailey

With more than 20 years of experience, Jono Bailey is an accomplished and dynamic change management and training leader who cultivates people and implements solutions that encourage user acceptance and growth. Jono spends his free time coaching and playing soccer with                                             his wife and five kids.
