Empowering Individuals, Amplifying Collaboration, and Weaving Change Management

We live in an environment where the pace and volume of change is increasing as organizations attempt to build competitive advantage through digital transformation, customer experience initiatives and business process effectiveness. Organizations that have an effective enterprise change management structure and strategy will not only help reach that competitive advantage sooner, but more importantly, sustain them.

Organizations today do a great job leveraging change management principles at a project level to meet adoption or usage goals; however, the sustainment becomes the challenge 60-90 days post launch as individuals, the project manager and OCM lead moves to the next project. Building a culture to sustain change is very challenging due to an everchanging environment which includes outside factors like inflation, government mandated regulations and four generations working together.

The three focus areas to help sustain change while building an enterprise include empowering individuals, amplifying collaboration and weaving change management.

Learning Objectives:

After attending this session, participants will:

1. Know the importance of having an enterprise-level OCM structure and strategy.

2. Learn practical tactics on how to empower individuals, amplify collaboration, and weave change management as part of the culture.

Audience:

Intended audience is for senior change management professionals.
