  3. Learn how early assessment of key readiness indicators such as strategic alignment, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture can influence program success.

The panel discussion will focus on how change management professionals can navigate the complex and ever-changing digital environment. As OCM professionals, we know digital transformation requires a holistic approach as these systems touch every part of our business, impacting how people and teams perform work, and work together. True transformation only happens when people within your organization are empowered to work purposely towards a common goal, fully committed and accountable for its success before, during, and after the transition from the current state to the future state.
