About the Speaker: Annie Thomas

Annie Thomas is the Head of Change Management Center of Excellence at Bayer Crop Science and leads the Change Management Community of Practice across the enterprise. She is a people-centric executive with 20+ years of experience planning and implementing complex global transformations across diverse spaces including digital, supply chain, customer operations, quality, manufacturing, and business development. As a strategic leader with deep expertise in orchestrating people, processes, and programs, she is passionate about helping organizations transform a vision into reality.

Annie recently moved to Dallas, TX where she lives with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling, public speaking & teaching the Bible, mentoring women and youth, and trying her hand at various arts and crafts.
