All Change IS Behavior Change
As change management professionals we are tasked with supporting proposed changes to human behavior. We are trying to get people to do a new activity or action and/or stop a current activity or action.
Change is all about behavior yet, in traditional change management practices, how to trigger, activate and sustain human behavior is mostly absent.
In this session you will learn how behavior change is triggered, activated, and reinforced. You will be able to put actions and strategies for behavior change into immediate practice with a simple job aid.
