Join ACMP Midwest and Advanced Resources for a two-hour interactive session designed to help change management professionals assess and act on their organization's readiness for AI adoption. Grab a boxed lunch and settle in for a working session built around real dialogue.
The session opens with a fireside chat featuring Kristin Papesh, EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, Fortune Brands Innovations, who will share firsthand perspective on leading AI adoption at the executive level.
From there, attendees will take part in an AI Readiness Assessment; scoring their own organization across six key dimensions and watching the room's aggregate results emerge in real time. Small-table breakouts will follow, giving participants the chance to unpack the gaps, compare notes with peers, and walk away with practical next steps for their own change initiatives.

Kristin Papesh joined Fortune Brands in November 2023, where she leads the global human resources team's strategic initiatives to keep the company competitive for top talent. She brings broad HR experience across global organizations, most recently as SVP of HR Business Partnering at Walgreens Boots Alliance, supporting over 225,000 team members, and previously as VP of HR Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Functions there. Earlier in her career, Kristin held roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Hospira, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and American Pharmaceutical Partners. She holds a BA from Illinois State University and an MBA from DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management.
