With a passion for guiding people through change and bringing complex pieces together, Lisa’s expertise includes strategic planning and execution, sales delivery, and program management. She has 20 years of focus on organizational change and integration management of large-scale programs as well as mergers & acquisitions.
As both an employee and a consultant, she has served at Telecommunications, Corporate Travel, Logistics and Distribution, Insurance / Financial Services, and Safety-Sciences-Sustainability. Lisa is currently a Global Change Leader and Manager of Organizational Development at Underwriters Laboratories.
Lisa is certified with Prosci® ADKAR Change Management, Prosci® ADKAR Train-the-Trainer and LEGO Serious Play. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, and a Master’s Degree in Communications and Leadership Development at Illinois State University. Lisa is working on her an Executive Coaching Certification from the Institute of Organizational Development.
Lisa has been a member of ACMP for four years and is excited to be involved as a strategic council member, contributing to engaging experiences. She enjoys having opportunities to meet “Change Colleagues”, and supporting the vision, mission, and goals of the organization.
