Director of Learning & Professional Development
Michelle has been a Change Management practitioner for over 20 years – working for Ernst & Young, IBM Global Consulting Services, The Revere Group, NTT Data, the CARA Group and (most recently) Centric Consulting. She is passionate about Change Management and the role that it plays in enabling and sustaining business transformation within small to large companies. Recognizing that Change Management consists both of the science and the art, Michelle loves to network with and learn from fellow practitioners. She believes strongly in having a community of Change Management professionals, where we can share lessons learned, best practices, trends and leading edge practices. This will enable all of us to continue to build integrity for Change Management in an ever-changing, fast paced, global business market place.
As Director of Learning & Professional Development for the ACMP Midwest Chapter, Michelle is responsible for the continuing education and success of our ACMP members. She is very much interested in the opinions and views of our ACMP members in regards to the challenges that they are facing, lessons learned that they have experienced, new trends that they are seeing, etc. In effect, please feel free to reach out to her with professional development questions, concerns, topics, etc.
