Jason Rubsam

Jason spent almost 30 years working in fields related to information technology including network and systems architecture, information security, compliance, and user adoption. His strong desire to effectively lead people through change created an opportunity to pivot into a new role in organizational development that is focused on change management.

Jason is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and ACMP CCMP. He is passionate about understanding change impacts on stakeholders and giving them a voice in the change process. For the past several years, Jason has directed this passion into the development and deployment of an enterprise-wide change management discipline and the cultivation of new change agents within his company.
