Cathy Hosek

Cathy has a passion for connecting people with people solutions and reduced frustration, which makes change management a natural fit. Although officially in a change management role for three years, Cathy has essentially served in a change management capacity for the past two decades, predominantly in IT and legal environments. Cathy comes from an instructional design and training background. She currently serves as Technology Change Consultant Lead at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in Chicago. There Cathy supports technology adoption efforts among her 1,100 colleagues and 90,000 Blues Plan employees.

She has been happily involved with ACMP for the past two years, having served on the sponsorship committee, and volunteer for the 2024 ACMP Midwest conference. She has attended the ACMP Global conference for the past two years. She enjoys the opportunity to meet and learn from other change professionals. Cathy holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

When not in front of a computer, she is passionate about her flower and vegetable gardens, which have been featured on multiple garden walks, her three grown children, husband and kitty.
