Mark Paulson
Treasurer

Mark is a change leader with over 18 years of management consulting experience. He currently serves as the co-lead for the Chicago People & Change practice within Centric Consulting. Throughout his consulting career, Mark has designed and led numerous projects focused on change management, operating model design, organization and job design, talent management, ERP, as well as HR transformation. Mark is dedicated to helping his clients focus on the people considerations of whatever challenge they are trying to solve for.

Mark holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Iowa. Additionally, he holds certifications with both Prosci as well as the Organizational Design Community. Mark lives in the Chicago-land area with his wife and two children.
