As the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at Lurie Children’s, Stephanie is responsible for setting and implementing the strategy for leadership and organizational development, developing and optimizing leadership programming and change management initiatives to support the human resources and organizational strategic objectives. This fiscal year, she developed a new leader onboarding process in conjunction with Northwestern University to acclimate new leaders throughout their transition. Additionally, she serves as an internal consultant and trusted adviser for implementation of large scale behavioral, strategic, operational and change initiatives to over 400 leaders.
